Abstract:
The entire world and UAE is in the search of a new source of renewable energy instead of oil and gas that pollute the air and destroy our beautiful planet . As a part of this , a big effort is taken by the entire world in search for optimal and the most suitable ways to conserve energy and electricity. In this contest we have decided to participate in this project , which we hope might help to contribute to the solution of this problem. The project is an exercise bike that converts the kinetic energy produced by the muscles when we exercise with it to electrical energy or electricity. The bike enables us to use this energy later , or immediately to light a number of light bulbs or operate other machines . We can use this machine in a wider and larger range in gym and training places .This can be achieved by using a greater number of these bikes to generate enough power to light bulbs and operate other devices which will help in providing and maintaining electricity . This will help in saving and conserving electric energy and replacing it even if partially . Finally, we hope that our idea succeeds and our efforts will help to contribute in energy conservation , and that this project will develop and be used widely all over our country for a better future for us and for the generations that follow.
