Abstract:
Waste Accumulation is a vast problem in our modern world, throwing away everything, from food waste to electronic waste, currently, some of this waste is Radioactive, from europium in CRT monitors to americium in smoke detectors, and these radioactive waste products are not being disposed properly, instead they are thrown away along with all of our waste. Nuclear Radiation is harmful to all types of organisms, it causes cancer to humans, killing millions each year, and it kills all types of organisms that help us get rid of our wastes, resulting in more waste accumulated. So, I have invented this machine, which is able to detect all types of radiation from alpha to beta to gamma using a simple Geiger Counter. Which detects the radiation and then spits out a signal to move mechanical parts to get rid of these radiation products. This radiation detector should get rid of all types of nuclear waste resulting in a cleaner environment.
