Abstract:
Purpose Using the power of play to help children overcome fear to facilitate taking vital signs and physical measurements of the child. Procedure We add some necessary sensors to an electric child car to measure vital signs and physical measures. Starting with a weight sensor under the seat of the car, a height measuring sensor on the side of the car to measure height while the child is standing. Moreover, by connecting the temperature sensor to the seat built under the axillary area. In addition, we use the heart rate sensor fixed on the steering wheel, as well as using a digital camera in the front of the car to screen the face for color and gesture. Finally, we connect all sensors with a screen monitor to display the results of measurement, also we use SA node attached to the car to connect the Wi-Fi network in order to transfer the result to the doctor's phone using Blynk application. In addition, VR Box used to distract the child during interventions like injections. Results Vital signs (temperature, pulse, heart rate) and physical measures (height, weight), where were easily measured and transferred to the phone screen. Conclusion Medical Car is a kind of revolution in the medical field that can help in dealing with the child in the fast and easy method for gathering objective and subjective data by using the power of play.
