The Covhelp mobile app was developed in the “MIT App Inventor” software development program. In addition, it has a space for interaction between users through textual publications with the purpose of mutual support in the face of the adversities of COVID – 19. Also, extra information that will provide the user with the opportunity to know about the existing vaccines and their effectiveness. The mobile App was tested by various users, and through the collection of data through the questionnaires applied, it was determined that the public showed interest in the project and saw in it a great opportunity to reach more people and guide families during this COVID-19 pandemic and its adversities, as well as achieve the obtaining of oxygen tanks and testing to detect the virus in time. The importance of the development of the project and its expansion lies in the need to have an accessible means for the majority of Peruvian families, which allows them to act in a short time against the disease, because the virus that causes COVID – 19 has remained in constant mutation, this has contributed to the appearance of new strains that, in turn, threaten a high rate of cases of contagion.
