Abstract:
It is important to establish preventive measures for recurrent diseases in an urban population in some food purchase and sale sites to reduce the rate of insidience presented. On the other hand it is of vital interest to make known the type identification of microorganisms present in some samples and their multiple results; In the same way, the various diseases caused by the microorganisms found in the samples, the past carried out, are manifested. A triptych is presented with hygiene and prevention measures for these cases. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT Evaluation of the microbiological quality of foods consumed in popular markets HYPOTHESIS Foods sold in popular markets are a vector of microorganisms potentially caused by gastrointestinal diseases MATERIALS AND METHODOLOGY Petri dishes Solid and liquid media.
