Essential Oil of Some Species of the Family Asteraceae Dumort of East Kazakhstan

Abstract:
The family Asteraceae Dumort is one of the leading families in the East Kazakhstan flore. It has large species diversity and extensive range of distribution. Methods: stream distillation method on the device Clevenger, chromatography and mass spectroscopy methods, comparative analysis method. The novelty of the research: for the first time, the mass fraction of the output of tansy ordinary, yarrow ordinary, 6 species of the wormwood family of the East Kazakhstan were determined. Modern territorial distribution of plants of the family was investigated. Conclusion: 1. Family Asteraceae Dumort is represented in Kazakhstan including 1186 species and 236 species in East Kazakhstan, 52 of them contain essential oils. 2. The effect of the obtained essential oils on the growth and multiplication of bacteria has been relieved. The strongest effect is characterized by the essential oil of Tanacetum vulgare L. 3. In the chemical composition of the essential oil Tanacetum vulgare L. was found 49 components. The main components of essential oil of Tanacetum vulgare L. are β-phellandrene - 22,7%, γ-terpinene - 10.5%, o-cumene - 8,0% silane-3,7 (11) -diene - 5.8% sabinene - 4.0% (2E, 6E) -farnesol pentanat - 3,9%, β-terpinene - 3.4%.
