Abstract:
The purpose of my project is to find out what must be done to get the strongest and largest quantity of hydrogen gas out of my generator as possible. The generator will be used to run an engine so it must produce over one liter per minute. In order for an engine to run off hydrogen there has to be a constant amount of hydrogen going into the engine's intake. When designing an HOH generator you must think about the current draw that the generator will have. If you have more plates it will draw more power from your energy source. To me wiring is the most important part so finding a wiring pattern that will stop the generator from heating up and drawing too much power is key. I successfully designed and created a generator that can run a gas engine from single cylinder to a 6 cylinder without any problems. My project will majorly help my community because I can use my model and build many more of my design and use them to run engines that tend to use lots of fuel which would end up saving many family ranches money in the long run.
