Abstract:
Today, a webmaster cannot always control operations on the website; my idea was to provide fast and constant access to website management services and allow receiving instant alerts from the website. I studied various techniques capable of solving this problem and decided on calls and SMS. These technologies enable to keep the webmaster posted on anything that happens on the website with minimal financial and time costs. I developed a software package for websites which allows directing system calls or sending text messages to the webmaster’s mobile phone, for example, to notify about sudden attacks or security bugs in the code. Receiving a warning, the webmaster can act appropriately by sending an arbitrary text message to a special number and thus giving orders to the website, for example, to restore a backup from secure cloud storage or switch to different operation modes. The security system is designed to protect websites against most of today's security threats. The webmaster can instantly eliminate the threat and its consequences by sending one of the 130 available commands. The implemented system of artificial intelligence learns to make decisions independently in different situations by analyzing webmaster's commands, so the website is always secured. The system also features a cross-platform mobile application and web interface which provide the same functionality using Internet connection. Currently, my solution is successfully used by various online stores and news portals. In future, I plan to develop a security system against hacking attacks, add new commands and improve the mobile application.
