Abstract:
Which carries the most bacteria a cow, cat, dog or human 1. Swab the ear and nostril or cow, cat, dog, human. 2. Inoculate prepared petri dishes. 3. Seal all petri dishes with parafilm.4. Incubate for 5 days. 5. Each day take data/pictures. Day 1-no bacteria, Day 2- Cow ear and nose had most bacteria growth, a little growth in other plates Day 3- More growth in all plates, Cow had overall growth Day 4- Cow had the most growth, Day 5- Rated from most to least growth from the nose, cow, cat, dog, then human, Rating the ear's most to least, cow, cat, human, then dog. The cow carried most bacteria overall, the cat ear, human ear, human nose, and dog nose were all the second worst, the dog ear and cat nose were the cleanest.
