Abstract:
The project aims to implement a dynamic solid waste collection system that relies on level sensors installed in dustbins. The sensors will monitor the levels of waste in the bins, and the data will be sent to an IoT database for analysis. Using algorithms and machine learning models, the system will map out the most efficient routes for garbage collectors to optimize the collection process. The proposed system offers many benefits, including reduced fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance costs, and a significant decrease in carbon emissions. Additionally, the system is expected to help reduce overflow and littering and facilitate the proper disposal of waste.
