Abstract:
The topic addressed in our research refers to livestock production for food which is the main activity of our region. It is true that food is produced, but in the process the environment is polluted and this is what young people today should not allow to happen, in order to build a better world. Our main goal was to find a solution to the environmental pollution that rises when processing bovine cattle for human consumption and to be able to turn this contaminating waste into a food that is basically the specialty of our school. The specific objective was to develop a food with high protein value, economic, easy to elaborate that provides a solution not only in our community but the world that needs it. The design and development of the research project took about seven months The research had different activities so we divided the tasks into four stages: initial, information, development and final stage. The final product we got is an instant soup, dehydrated from blood plasma and vegetables. It is a product of high protein value, at a very low cost, in which process we took special care of the environment. In our opinion this product could be an option to help in worldwide place where there are catastrophe problems and famines. The main projection of our work is that we were able to offer it through our white helmet consultant to the State Department of Argentina to be distributed where necessary.
